Hi Wasu, I truly wouldn't be worried here. As per the latest ann - "On 21 August 2017 an extension request was submitted which considered delays beyond the Company’s
control prior to 14 June 2017. This was granted unconditionally."

And in addition to another extension, which is pursuant to the one above, there's this -

"... a number of other matters, relating to site management actions, have been brought to DNI’s attention."

I'm inferring by this that there's issues on DNI's end which needs to be addressed. The new hire of Scott Reid bodes extremely well for Cougar/Swick's confidence in the project going ahead.
