deal for free

Anybody here trading CFD with deal for free? If so, would appreciate advice on a couple of issue:

1. Is it true that if you trade CFDs on shares, the profit and loss is not subject to capital gain/loss?

2. How reliable is their service, eg. access problem?, trading order problem?, etc?

I am thinking of trying them out, so would appreciate any input from anyone currently trading CFDs with deal for free. Thanks for info in advance.
