Just to confirm the comments by both Q and TC, I am testing my memory here a bit but in essence this comment is all about accounting standards and the principles of consolidation under the applicable accounting standards. Notably the control/influence exerted from a party.

No doubt TEG directors (and Darren Brombley is an accountant) clarified this issue with their accountants and auditors.

Q and TC are right in that it changes absolutely nothing in regard to the economic interest/ownership TEG has in these assets it is purely complying with accounting standards to report it in this manner.
