There is 50% margin on performer gifting as the performer only gets half of what fan spends to gift coins. Also there will be 100% margin on other inapp purchases to be announced. This is significant revenue opportunity and zero cost once the user base is established. The product only needs a couple of million to operate every quarter including people cost so it is not a lot of money needed when you consider a few million active users using it in the future.
As I said, the shape that the product takes post user acquisition about discovering talent as much as it is about a competition will change the course of the company success in a matter of months taking this to a whole new level.
Some people will never understand the power of users who are engaged and particularly in media no matter how much time is spent on them. I guess each to their own.
