Used d4f for about 6 months and have had only 2 down days with there trading platform.
Not sure if capital gains are taxable, i think it depends on whether your classed as a professional trader, check with an accountant.
Was happy with there setup until they changed from asx200 to asx100, plus they changed the margin from 5% to 10%. Still going to stick with them for the time being as the only alternative is IG for cfd's and they charge commission.
Trades via the platform are processed in around 10-20 seconds sometimes taking longer if the share lacks liquidity or is volatile.
The spread usually matches the underlying share put on occasions differs, i have talked to the dealers who have fixed the spread so it matches.
