TAS can sell shares in EDE to finance buying shares in an EDE CR but that's it. TAS' money is TAS' money, not EDE's.
It would be great to know what GS' plans are for financing Georgia. We need to know what the capital requirements are and the obstacles that have been discovered. Someone knows, otherwise we wouldn't be trading at a 60% discount to when the US advisory firm was appointed.
It seems many here don't care that some know a lot more than them.
