My purported down ramping is based on the chart. If it breaks down 1st stop is 16c.
As for greyhounds i agree the industry should be shut down, and they are wonderful inner city pets that are finding popularity.
My buddy was called Jacko RIP his racing name was Jacko Milne and he was a celebrated australian champion first, and my buddy in retirement. Google him.
