Correct. You need to elaborate though. It's BS because of the chocking squeeze it puts on debtors (corporate, business, consumer, mortgee) who are in debt to ***k. People / companies swimming in debt don't tend to fare too well when interest rates rise.
It also squeezes (more importantly) Bond holders - way bigger market than stocks - because the price they paid for their POS paper IOUs (could you get a more lame, vanilla, soul killing investment?) suddenly and instantly lose market value, because the same bond issued returns a healthier yield (hence Bond holders have to drop prices to attract compete for buyers). So its capital destroying.
....and the woven web of economic implications only continues - debtors swimming in debt, suddenly start seizing up when rates rise, which in turn filters into business activity, which impacts profits, which impacts ability to keep employees, which leads to unemployment.
Bottom line - everything is ****ed, distorted. I'm amazed at how the pedo elite satanic bankers have kept the system going. Such mastery.
And all those gold bugs that have been ridiculed for predicting a reset (Holter, Schiff, Greyerz, Pento, Autin Fitts, Roberts, Kirby, Maloney, etc) are right....100% right.
....but its coming down and we'll all be rich one day when gold accounts for all these financial and spiritial sins.
