Great post jas626 ... and I agree todays announcements prove what a joke ASX is, maybe ASIC (the toothless tiger can do a better job).
let's not forget comment that MUS had received an offer for "all" the rubies before the auction ... yet there (deceptively) was no mention of what that offer was (could be $1) ... the fact that this offer (with whatever secret, yet realistic value it had) ... only makes the Monday morning trading and mysteriously lost request for a trading halt, very very suspicious.
Monday morning trading was (deliberate?) opportunity for those in the know to sell and get out.
The more you look at it the worse it gets ... and the most disappointing thing is that there is no punishment or ramifications for the culprits ... so needless to say it will happen again.
Investigation is not going to help ... its simply a matter of live and learn ... get out and run as soon as you can.
