Being typically egocentric people we focus on POH a lot! And sometimes our view is only through that lens. As such we come to conclusion(rightly) that we are/were in a precarious position and Mylan is in the position of strength. Well it would seem as big a Goliath as mylan is, there is always someone bigger and maybe fighting the small guy is a distraction that they would rather go away while they fight their Goliath (us gov)
