STH it's not upto FAR to sort it out it's up to the arbitrators, FAR just need to present what they have and let the arbitrators do the rest.
CNE seem very chummy with WPL but what would you expect WPL are a suitable partners and are a willing participant so until the deal is approved or retracted its business as usual.
FAR are willing to work with WPL as its in the best interests of the project and Senegal but as yet have not recognised them as a JV partner.
COP are in the hot seat and need to sort this out before the project is effected, after all It was COP who concocted the deal in the first place.
