The idea that there is no competition between these Chinese companies is old-fashioned. They all want some and they'll probably set-up a massive J-V to startup and operate the M-K project, but no way they are able to lowball this project.

Plenty of money in the US, Europe, Japan or South-Korea if the Chinese try to lowball...
