I am saying range is a problem.
They say 200mm isnt a problem (1.4db), but 500m could be (engineers often talk about a 3db as the start of problems)
So say you want to drive your IoT connected fleet car from Melbourne to Ballarat, or Sydney to Newcastle, you might need 5G towers every 500m if you want to keep network access even when its raining. Maybe they would increase that and transmit at higher power levels or some other workaround, but there is a tradoff being made by moving to higher frequency and higher speed.
It could be that 5G never replaces 4G outside the city, so 5G is not going to be an iwin button for the IoT
