Let's just assume the poster yesterday bought the entire days trade of 16m shares. That's $320k at an average of 2c. Honestly that's a very tiny amount of money in the scheme of things.
A week ago there were 36m shares traded from 0.018 to an intra day of 0.023 before settling back to 0.018.
Maybe today will retrace back to that level?
NOR is a tiny company and tightly held, relatively minor $100k orders are going to move the price around, it's not a concern.
