I will be very interested to see how the bottom line stacks up for Woodie. They have spent a lorryload of cash on the area. How much of it will come back via the sell off?

When the new owners take over it will also be interesting to find out if it was the geography or Woodies half hearted commitment in the latter stages that was the real stumbling block to success in the area
