Based on ML's meeting time with Chinese stockbrokers, I suspected Chinese funds and investors started buying from 23 October 2017.
The volume weighted average price since 23 October 2017 to the time of writing: 23c
So Chinese fund's average cost would be around 23c
Based on my experience and understanding, Chinese funds would usually push price up over 150% to enable them to offload at a decent profit, so, they might push up to around 57c, imo.
