    blarg...

Could be additional, or part of the 50m flagged.

The company can issue up to 15% without shareholder approval...so all up, we get about 90m possible based on voted and non-voted potential.

In the end, it really doesn'y matter, as Cameroon will likely result in a number above that flagged to date, which means an EGM to vote on further shares.

We have a carefully managed equation here...predominantly based on necessary dilution to gain an asset foot-hold, versus increass in market cap due to those very acquisitons.

Most decent managament teams will add net market cap value...that is, the will add more market cap than the any dilution can cancel out...which of course results in a rising share price.

Most decent management teams can add significant value relatively easily...and whilst adding $100m of value to a $500m stock is nice...the same efforts obviously have much bigger relative effect on a stock with a sub $40m market cap such as CVI.

Need to realise that CVI is kicking around in elephant terittory, with $1b price tags on acquiring the right ground thrown around without a blink. We have fields in the region in the 200,000 barrels per day category...adding a decent kick to CVI is simply a signature away.

Cameroon proves they have operating and effective networks in place...and in this part of the world, this is everything.

Watch and learn...a real lesson in value realisation at play here.

Think hardman with a little PDN thrown in for good meaure...lol

    Cheers!
