If it looks like a dog and smells like a dog it is a DOG.
Resolution 6 is a dog. It is certainly not in the interest of retail shareholders unless you are a director.
The documented Resolution 6 is in contradiction to the recent Investor Call.
To date we have not received a clarification statement or the proposed policy. I suppose this will materialise at the 11th hour.
These issues coupled with GD's antecedents regarding such matters does not instill any confidence whatsoever in the contents of Resolution 6.
Accordingly I have voted against Resolution 6.
