I think you might be right rogue - especially as there is a long weekend. Traditionally finance issues get finalised over the weekend US time and so are usually announced after close of trading AuD time on monday. Given that moody's have said that a deal should be priced within a week (which takes us to wed) I think it quite probable that rams may make an announcement before tuesday trading. On this basis, buying/holding on friday afternoon may be a smart move.
