When I say close, I mean probably not in the next week.

I just spoke to the company, to Andrew Paice - the CFO of HGR. Very nice guy. He stated that the application is all to do with the timing. It needs to be right in Mexico before the application is made in the US. He seemed VERY confident about the product and I asked if he thought it would be filed for before Christmas - he was as sure as anyone could possibly be that it will be. Brian Andrews (The MD) is on leave at the moment and I don't think an announcement would be made without him - or more to the point, I don't think he would be on leave if an ann was immenent. Andrew also mentioned that their no.1 shareholder is Mike Fitzpatrick, the ex-Carlton AFL (VFL) champion and now on the AFL commission.....If he is sinking that much money into the company, as the very astute buisnessman that he is, i'm happy!!

The thing is that I am not a ramper. I will state both sides of the story if I believe there is two sides and people can take it or leave it. Fkuckwits like Imo3 just aren't worth their weight in feathers.
