You are wrong - MG did not say 7 minutes, they said 13 minutes. Investors who partook of the initial placement have already posted that it was over subscribed and closed out very quickly. Furthermore there is a vote in December on whether to proceed with the acquisition - so the timeline for share distribution makes perfect sense.\
