How’s this for a hypothetical - if us the great unwashed can dig deep enough to have grave misgivings about governance and the fitness of the board, institutions and their deeper relationships within the corporate world can find out and know a heck of a lot more about individuals and how much they help or hinder a company. What if the much vaunted institutional support is shying away for that very reason and what is needed for them to meaningfully come aboard is a clearing of the decks and appointment of a more suited group?
