I was a holder as of November 2 placement date. So if I sell today, can I still qualify for the placement offer ? I assume yes,but of course I can only buy back a smaller percentage based on the placement ratio. The ratio should be 1:10 ? For each ten shares you owned on November 2, you can buy 1 ?
if I sell today? am I still entitled to buy back at 60cents
