As foreshadowed by the company via official announcements (forward plans) and via responses to Q&A, it is highly unlikely that we will be drilling this winter. The permits simply provide for the possibility of early drilling in the unlikely event that a partner emerges that is willing to stump up funds on attractive terms to shareholders, to immediately commence drilling without 3D seismic. That said, I would be very happy to stand corrected.
