It appears that the Players who were combining assets to Buy AVZ may have decided and intiated their own Funding and Buy Out arragements.
So instead of a few possible TO offers AVZ shareholders may see 1,2,3,4 or 5 offers.
Unless 1 or 2 cant compete against the initial tabled offers.
So Basically its Game on Like Donkey Kong....aka High Noon at The AVZ Corral!
