    i had a look at the annual report re: ur comments about review of operations and chairmans address and directors report says:

    REVIEW OF OPERATIONS
    A Review of Operations and the Chairman’s Address are contained elsewhere in the annual report.

    BUT GUESS WHAT - there isnt any

    then i thought, hang on a minute, isnt there a duty in the Corps Act for Directors to had info regarding review of ops - and low and behold s299(1)(a) confirms my suspicions. accordingly, is Joe now in breach of his common law and directors duties???
