Agree. It's an assumption but I am applying my experience in manufacturing these types of products. On hardware side, this is not an expensive product to manufacture and believe it is $200-$250 mark on few thousand volumes. Once you start hitting 10's of thousands per year, it should be sub $200.
Now, I don't know what "Operating Costs" could be in that "Product Manufacturing and Operating Costs" column but since there is a clear incremental cost of $200K in last Qtrly Vs identical costs in March & June, it makes me think the bulk of this is associated with OHM production.
Also, I wouldn't think any CMs would allow any production batch for less than 1000 and this could be the reason why they might be forced to take 1000 batch on pre-production/trial run with the price point we wanted.
