Para 2, Highlights:
"Drilling to start in days at Kachi Lithium Brine Project in Catamarca after last stage of approval successfully completed with local public hearing"
Para 4, Operations:
"... to commence a maiden 1000m diamond drilling programme drilling in at least 3 holes in the coming days, with formal approval"
It would seem to me that "with formal approval" means that formal approval has not been received. Some tricky wording - hpe it comes soon.
