It was a pretty serious supply event, no matter how you slice it.
So far since the high volume day, there was an upbar that could only stretch up to touch the low of the bar prior to the big downbar, and then a downbar today on reduced volume.
I do note that price recovered from a pretty nasty looking bar on the 28th Sept, although volume was much greater this time, and spread (or volatility) was also much greater.
There is no doubt price is attempting to recover from that event, whether it will be successful or not is uncertain.

Personally I feel some damage has been done, someone (or some group) appears to have started unloading a position for whatever reason, this may cause further issues into the future with other holders......we'll see.
I would not be opening any new positions at this level until sentiment becomes more clear.

I think it certainly had the effect of frightening a lot of potential buying competition out of the market that is for sure.
