More or less agree, especially with the lumpy cash flows. That will need skillful financial and operational management, especially if there are no reserves, in turn meaning no resources for R&D or growth strategies.
All of this suggests to me that the market has determine this company''s value and the SP will slide sideways from now on.
Also, this will not be a take over future IMO, it has passed the crisis point.
