I think you guys are completely missing the point here. This acquisition plain and simple was about building credibility in the company/brand. Not so much about margins, also remember the bootstrapping of earnings? That's why people, although not me, are paying 50+ P/E's for stocks like DMP.

This is purely and simply about getting a foothold into aussie retailers. This to the base for the CFDA application along with more bargaining power at the CNCA table. And management sound confident about bedding down the CNCA slot soon.

Make no mistake this is no A2M but as a sector with tailwinds it's got some wiggle room and plenty of news to come in the short term and imho all positive. I think the SP under reacted today compared to how it's done to other news. Anyway happy taker of SPP but you will see profit taking upon SPP closing.
