Not what I was expecting at this early stage.
It makes me think that progress is at such a advanced stage that the company feels it is time to get ready for commercialisation sooner than latter.
How significant is this announcement and will the share price spike on Monday ?
Maybe we will see 10 cents by the end of next week ?
