    Hi mega gem; I appreciate that potential bidders know we don't want to mine it, however we hold the cards. Why the rush to sell,? If Klaus held it for another 4 months, then the other 5 potential buyers would turn into 10. Serious bids would occur when it's JORC'D. To be honest, I don't believe a TO is coming soon for a cheap price, if we sell a $12 stock for 50c then the owner of AVZ is a total dick.
