this is the point rupe is missing ... the dates were selected for a reason and i am sure he can figure out why.
i am 100% sure if he was 'in the deal' he wouldn't be here doing his thing. last time i read corporate activity 101, resolutions would not be put to a vote if the board was not behind them.
