Just to reply to spade of aces on his 25% holding block discussion

I did message ML about the blocking stake and received this reply, certainly Avz has the upper hand as I see it.

ML. AVZ can allocate 15% to a new bidder. Ultimately whoever has 51% really controls every thing so anyone must go for this number. If groups working together cross 20% that still counts as must needing to launch a takeover.

ML. Also key is they still get 0 offtake. If you want offtake you must take out avz
