Another element that now features high on the urgently needed list for any electrical machinery, is Dysprosium,
a member of the heavy rare earths group. This is a critical component of
Dysprosium/Neodymium/Fe/Cobalt "very powerful" magnets. It is critical in the manufacture of all electric
machines in particular motors for EVs, military equipment, aerospace and yes even our shiny new submarines if we ever get them!!
NTU are currently gearing up for production in Q2/18 and have 90% of the equipment on site.
As far as I can determine they will be the only significant supplier of Dysprosium outside of Chine.
I would consider they have considerable upside from only 0.12 in the near future.
