They don't rely heavily on marketing so its not the simple equation of marketing = increased sales. They rely on their smaller acquisitions and relatively small marketing to grow customers, low attrition and profitability of the platform also help. Thus, without agressive marketing , im guessing it will follow the diffusion curve. If so, given the low uptake of sophisticated SaaS products in this space we are still in the phase of gaining innovators - the next part of that curve is steep.
