Having trashed the share price over the past year, having burnt through cash like no tomorrow, having run the company's cash balances to dangerously low levels twice in the past year, having five and six very expensive directors running this rat ars*d company you would think that at least they could comply with ASX listing rules and get the Annual Report lodged on time.
But no, they cannot even do that right.
Yet with the next notice of AGM they will no doubt be out there again asking for another truck load of options for their oustanding efforts. After getting knocked back by the shareholders last year and the legendry dummy spit you think they would have tried to improve their performance.
Hopefully its not problems with the audit sign-off due to solvency.
An absolutely hopeless mess.
