Thank you for your insights. I'm interested in local perceptions around BCL. Is it widely known that Rio Tinto has fully exited or only by those well-informed? Is the company still viewed as a Rio beast or is it now assessed as a company majority owned by the government's of Bougainville and PNG? The external critics like to pretend/infer that BCL is still Rio Tinto because of the negative connotations this brings. Or does it not matter to the people who owns or manages BCL?
