There it is Mr Wotsup, DBT that is what your bible says on the matter of the return of Jesus in Power, in the Clouds, come to gather the elect, judge each man, with the host of Heaven.....that is what it says. = NOPE IT DOES NOT.

The verse highlighted in yellow, the “same” one I have been discussing for days and their preceding ones, say zero about judging each and every man and neither, gathering of the elect.

Just for you, I will give it one more try and clarify some verses that you appear to be mixing up.
I notice you only use the Matt 16 verses and not Mark & Luke and knowing what I do of you, it was intentional and a little manipulative to try and help your mistaken claim.
Mark & Luke verses mention less of what Matt uses as there is no rewards for their deeds shown in Mark & Luke, but never the less, that's No problem.
I am highlighting the ones that are on the same subject and those that are not.
The yellow highlighted DOES NOT belong with the green = No way, so I will cover the whys below.


“For the Son of Man is going to come in the glory of His Father with His angels, and will then repay every man according to his deeds. Truly I say to you, there are some of those who are standing here who will not taste death until they see the Son of Man coming in His kingdom.“ (Matthew 16: 27, 28)


“Then they will see the Son of Man coming in clouds with great power and glory. And then He will send forth the angels, and will gather together His elect from the four winds, from the farthest end of the earth to the farthest end of heaven. Now learn the parable from the fig tree: when its branch has already become tender and puts forth its leaves, you know that summer is near. Even so, you too, when you see these things happening, recognize that He is near, right at the door. Truly I say to you, this generation will not pass away until all these things take place…“ (Mark 13:26-30)

“Then they will see the Son of Man coming in a cloud with power and great glory. But when these things begin to take place, straighten up and lift up your heads, because your redemption is drawing near. Then He told them a parable: Behold the fig tree and all the trees; as soon as they put forth leaves, you see it and know for yourselves that summer is now near. So you also, when you see these things happening, recognize that the kingdom of God is near. Truly I say to you, this generation will not pass away until all things take place.“ (Luke 21:27-32)

“But Jesus kept silent and the high priest said to Him, “I adjure you by the living God, that you tell us whether you are the Christ, the Son of God.” Jesus said to him, “You have said it yourself; nevertheless I tell you, hereafter you will see the Son of Man sitting at the right hand of power, and coming on the clouds of heaven.“” (Matthew 26: 63, 64)


Matt 16:24-28
Then said Jesus unto to his disciple’s, If any man will come after me, let him deny himself, and take up his cross, and follow me.
For whoever will save his life shall lose it: and whosoever shall lose his life for my sake shall find it.
For what is man profited, if he should gain the whole world, and lose his own soul? Or what shall a man give in exchange for his soul?
For the Son of man shall come in the glory of his Father with his angels; and then (Greek) he will give to each according to the deeds of him.
Verily, I say unto you, there be some standing here, which shall not taste of death, till they see the Son of man coming in his kingdom.

NOTE: Greek says – Son of man coming in the kingdom of him.

The Greek is more fitting as we have TWO other accounts in Mark & Luke which the Greek of Matt is more in line with. Mark 9:1 Part thereof – See the kingdom of God come with power.
But it all pretty much represents the same thing, so no point in getting bogged down with that part.

Anyway, on with the FACTS;

he will give to each according to the deeds of him.
These deeds/rewards are for none other than for, them taking heed and abiding in the preceding message in orange above.
They have absolutely Nothing to do with him gathering the elect as the other verses/subject that You are trying to introduce and confirmed by;
John 17:15 I pray not that thou shouldest take them out of the world, but that thou shouldest keep them from the evil.

Jesus in John 17:4-5 Talks about how he glorified the Father as asks the Father to glorify him. The key way Jesus glorified the Father was by passing on The Word of God, Spirit/Word which we know the Spirit has Power and we know from reading the Bible on the whole that God’s word is interlinked with Glory.
So naturally when Jesus returns through the Holy Spirit it come with the glory of God.

John 14 Jesus makes it very clear – The comforter, Spirit of truth will come after he is glorified and that Comforter is the Holy Spirit = Your power subject done and answered. And Jesus said he will come also which is done through the Holy Spirt and He says, they WILL see him and that is confirmed in Acts 2:33 where it says, they not only saw it but heard it and that IS the Holy Spirit = Power of God and Jesus again.
But the seeing and hear is clearly in the Spiritual context, no question about from the many support verses throughout the Bible
So yet again that supports the FACTS, this area is NOT the same area you claim as in those verses, it is talking about a literal/physical seeing by ALL and NOT just some standing here.

As for coming in the clouds, do you know if it was cloudy the day the comforter came?
Are you aware of all the meanings and representations of clouds mean?
(Not about to educate you there, heaven forbid ha).
Now Jesus gives us a good example of how the Holy Spirit can come, which is Power;
John 3:8 For as the wind bloweth……………..


Anyway, I have given many other references, angel etc etc = end of your failed, what is now appearing like an attempt at manipulation, deceptive actions to try and keep one of your contradiction god’s alive and I can think of no other reason for this?????
