this is massive, goes back to the Offset Alpine days when machinery with a book value of $3m was destroyed by fire. Insurance value around $50m. But that is the tip of the iceberg, the article refers to holdings in Swiss Bank Accounts, payments of US$500k to Trevor Kennedy 5 years ago (he can't recall what it was for) etc etc. Looks tres dodgy.

the insurance investigators, ASIC and the ATO will be watching this very keenly, worth a read
