But based on that logic they would be under the same restrictions as a director of a company (which they are not). The drill results are not just sitting on a computer while MTC are waiting for BCC to buy their portion of shares.. I would suggest that there are minor delays in the processing of results (very normal) and that BCC is not privy to any preliminary results.
