Umm, how do you know there is a placement at $1.40? As far as I can tell no announcement is out yet regarding the trading halt, or do you have insider information. If they are doing a capital raising then they must have a reason for it, ie maybe an acquisition?
I am looking forward to finding out what it is they have been doing lately, havent had any news from them for a while, also looking forward to the quarterly report. I am hoping that they achieve the same level of sales as they did in the last quarter, although I am not sure just how skewed their sales are, ie whether they make the majority of their sales in the christmas quarter. Anyone know about this, or do they have consistent sales during the year.
