The price will continue to drop at least until a decent announcement emerges. Even then I wouldn’t count on a SP rise, given what’s happened with previous “good news”.
The only thing that will kickstart this stock is to see revenue coming in (preferably more than $1000 every 3 months) and it’s running out of time.
