Before that, why not take out via off-market transfer, a smaller target, like Dathomir's 10% and or the 180 mil shares they have? An easy parcel to acquire? And the means to calculate the sale price basis for the rest, AVZ's and even HuaYou's % ? Such a move would trigger legal boxes to be ticked and consequent news flow for the ASX announcement service. Perhaps HuaYou are busy themselves in this manner, it wouldn't take much to hit 20%.
