Also @Waldo777 - I would dispute your call of "zero chance of CR" very strongly. ALC have maintained for as long as I can remember they're looking for an acquisition. With the "value" of their script wittling down each day, I'd say that deal will need to be accompanied with a CR.

I'd go further to assume that Nathan would like to see a deal before he leaves the company at Xmas.
