To be honest... Yes, the decisions were big, but not sure if it's "hard".

When ADO realised they cannot pay off DIAsource, you could count the numbers of options with 1 hand. Then you'd list them out from most favourable to least desireable. Start from the top, try each option, when it all doesn't work, you end up at the last option, which is selling DIAsource.

I feel like anyone with a decent enough set of business skills could have pulled it off. Especially when I don't feel like ADO has made any money from this. Yes, we come out with $6m cash, but that also includes all the money we piled into it for the last 2 years....

If anything, anyone more capable or with more connections might have saved ADO and DIAsource together, figuring out other ways to finance it or pull some other strings.

Honestly, since we are near rock bottom, might as well go hard or go home, find someone that is willing to put their balls on the line and go bust with it. No point having stability around the 1.7c mark for the next 8 years.
