Since Nov 2014 -three ago the amount of capex reduction has been in the 100's of billions worldwide. The money
just was not spent. The shorts have feasted on the flesh of the longs. Not sure how AU investor's can short stocks
that are .05-- sound hard to believe. Regardless, as mentioned, capex reduction, greater demand, geopolitical shifts,
shorts, lower rig counts, low inventory numbers and still 1.8 million barrels not on the market because of the OPEC agreement with the rest of the dogs and winter is on its way.
Again they hated it at .05 now everyone comes out of the bar and runs to the enter button.
