with the 80pct tgt I think they will get across the line (the largest protest yesterday was 15pct) and as mentioned in my other post I am supportive of the merger .(I actually think that FFT shareholders have the right to be more unhappy with the terms than MSP due to them being diluted after the huge move lower in their shareprice)
