just to name a few..
Board structure
Board remuneration.
Communication with shareholders
Lack of trust
Adherance to ASIC rules
Perhaps they are right.
I was a petty govt bureaucrat for a number of years and performance appraisals were a common occurrence. Highlights and lowlights were given even attention and where performance was deemed below expectations support was offered to improve targets.
I see no reason why we as shareholders should not adopt the same view in measuring our BOD"s performance,.
there is a crack in everything...that's how the light gets in.
Never have I thrown the baby out with the bath water so to speak
